わたしたちに反対しない者は、わたしたちの味方です [statement]

人間の曲がった競争心・嫉妬心といったものが、教会の健全な成長・御国の拡張の障壁となることをイエス様は見て取っておられたと言うべきではないでしょうか。
今日、神様はご自身の教会に多様性を持つことを認め、様々な幾多の教団・教派の存在することを許容しておられます。しかも、その幾多の教団・教派にキリストの御名を冠することを許しておられます。
同時に、毒麦の譬えを以て、神の教会の中に「悪魔の子どもたち」が蒔かれることも警告されていますが、『毒麦を抜き集めるうちに、麦もいっしょに抜き取るかもしれない。だから、収穫まで、両方とも育つままにしておきなさい』とも命じられました。（マタイ福音書13：24~30、36～43）
あくまでも、主の関心事は「良い種」（＝御国の子どもたち）にあり、過って「良い麦」を抜き取ってしまうことを憂慮しておられます。
私たちは、教会の純粋性の保護、異端的教理からの護教などの強調の余り、キリストの御名が冠されている隣の教会や主が愛し受け入れておられる兄弟に対して、あまりにも軽率に異端疑惑を浴びせかけたり、そうまでいかないにしても殊更に敵視したりする傾向が無いでしょうか？
ドミニオン通信の編集方針は、兄弟として愛するがゆえ、また主の教会の建徳の為、誤りは誤りであると指摘する一方、主の寛容・命令に従って、軽率な異端宣告・断罪は控えてきましたし、今後もこの基本方針に変更はありません。
